I have over 15 years of creative direction and design experience. My work history includes time spent directing corporate internal design teams, as well as designing for publishers, agencies, small startups and large corporate clients across a variety of industries. I’ve also managed my own agency and understand what it takes to deliver multi-faceted projects on tight timelines.
I’m a natural collaborator that loves thinking critically to solve complex problems and striking a balance between consumer needs and business goals while maintaining the guardrails of the brand aesthetic and ethos. I am empathetic, kind, and an extremely hard worker. I believe in utilizing the talents of others, as well as feedback tools, to inspire rapid iteration for the best possible design solutions.

Hired in late 2015, I helped this struggling company evolve from a wholesale company into a well-recognized and cherished direct-to-consumer apparel brand. I educated and led a shift in company priorities toward user-centered design principles, and built a charismatic brand for increasingly conscious and savvy online consumers—a brand that today generates more than $25M annually.

Udi's is a retail food company, headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, that creates gluten-free alternatives for things like bread and pizza. They're website is a highly-used resource for gluten-free lifestyle education, social engagement, and recipes. The task was to elevate these core website resources, and make them easy to explore and use...all while giving the Udi's brand a much-needed aesthetic facelift.

Way back in the dawn of the digital world, they needed help getting up to speed with their email marketing campaign. We helped them develop a strategy, aesthetic, and long-term engagement plan that turned this channel into one of their main revenue streams.
